satisfied until you are. Following these guidelines will make your experience with
customer service easier and more pleasant.
Return / Exchange Policy
Merchandise that are not on sale must be received by us within 7 days from receipt for a full refund less shipping. Please choose a reliable shipping option to ensure that we receive your return within 7 days if you wish to receive a refund.
You have up to 14 days from receipt for us to receive your return to receive store credit for merchandise that is not on sale. Store credit is valid for as long as we are in business. After 14 days, we will not be able to accept any merchandise for return.
Items purchased on sale at 35% off or more are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Items purchased on sale at less than 35% off may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. These items must be mailed back to the store and received by us within 5 days of order receipt.
